Here is a copy of the Lease Agreement and Proposal between Brick Township and Chefs International, Inc. for the proposed plan to further develop Traders Cove Park and Marina. Ask yourself, where is the “park” that we worked tirelessly to preserve? How is this new plan going to affect the parking area, crowd control, boat traffic, bridge traffic, water pollution, and noise pollution? Is this really the best deal Brick Township could find?
