About twenty volunteers, including Den 9 of Pack 163, turned out to haul trash from the woods at Reedy Creek on the beautiful fall day of Saturday, November 9.

It was a beautiful day at Reedy Creek… warm fall weather and lots of color!

Our goal is to keep our open space trash free and to support the US Fish & Wildlife Service in their effort to enlarge the Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge for the benefit of people and nature.

Save Barnegat Bay thanks everyone who turned out for this annual fall cleanup. After years of work, the trash is harder to find, but we had lots of help from these stalwarts:
