BRICK COUNCIL FINAL VOTE ON
TRADERS COVE

Tuesday, May 4
6:30 PM

At Municipal Building
401 Chambersbridge Road

This meeting is the followup to that of last Monday at which an overflow crowd watched the Council hear arguments from Michele Donato, the attorney for Save Barnegat Bay, and from Mark Troncone, attorney for the developer, Paramount Homes. The five Council members eligible to vote are: Matthews, Thulen, Kavanaugh, Russell, and Underwood.

Four votes are needed to overturn the variance granted by the Zoning Board.

Council President Acropolis has been banned from voting by a court order from Judge James Clyne issued in response to a motion by the developer demanding that all Republicans be banned from voting.

The Council has it in its power to overturn the Zoning Board variance granted to allow 52 condos, a restaurant and a marina at the northwest foot of the Mantoloking Bridge in Brick. WE NEED BRICK RESIDENTS WHO OPPOSE THIS EXCESSIVE DEVELOPMENT TO ATTEND.

BRING YOUR FRIENDS ! THIS ONE MEETING COULD RESULT IN A HUGE VICTORY !
