Ocean County Freeholders still don’t get it

A standing room only crowd visited the Freeholders September 15 to urge a stronger effort to prevent the decline of Barnegat Bay. The Freeholders were more interested in petty arguments than in the reason the people were there: Barnegat Bay is in desperate condition.
