Julia is a recent graduate of Lehigh University where she studied Earth and Environmental Science and Engineering. As a Student Grant recipient she will be working on the Rally for the Bay project, focussing on the water quality of the Toms River. Through this project she hopes to identify the issues at hand and create achievable solutions to make a positive change for the area she was born and raised.
