No Public Meetins Scheduled at this time – Brick Township Zoning Board will hear the application for a 78+ foot high four-story restaurant and banquet hall at Barnegat Bay Marina at the southwest foot of the Mantoloking Bridge.
Two major variances are required: One for the banquet hall as a use, and a second for the 78+ foot height, which is more than twice the 38.5 feet allowed by the ordinance.
