The results are IN! The Rutgers interdisciplinary, multiyear ecosystem-based research effort has finally published its results and it’s getting the US EPA talking!

An article about the research done by Rutgers marine and coastal scientists regarding the change in condition of the Bay was published this week. This multiyear study in the Barnegat Bay’s Little Egg Harbour estuaries set out with a purpose to “characterize and quantify the estuary’s watershed nutrient loading, physical and water quality properties, biological indicators, and impacts [on the coastal ecosystem].
