Alert: Berkeley Town Center Ordinance:
Tuesday, February 13 @ 7 PM

Come express your feelings to the Berkeley Town Council on the proposed 400+ Acre Town Center and proposed Extension of Western Blvd to from Pinewald to Route 9. Berkeley Town Hall, Pinewald-Keswick Road, Tuesday, Feb 13 @ & PM.

THE MEETING IS AT BERKELEY TOWN HALL, PINEWALD-KESWICK ROAD.

This proposed 400+ acre Town Center at and behind the Beachwood Mall will affect the quality of life in Bayville, Beachwood, Pine Beach, Ocean Gate, and Lacey.

It is good that the rundown mall area will be improved and it is good that Berkeley Township has agreed to limit site coverage to 30% impervious coverage instead of 65%, BUT there is still a lot at stake:
